• CRAFT: We are not Amazon. Every piece is handcrafted in our studio. Quality takes time.

• LOGISTICS: All orders ship from Barcelona. Once a package leaves the Lab, responsibility shifts to you and the carrier. We do not manage customs delays or address errors. Double-check your details.

• COST: Shipping fees are flat and non-refundable.

• CLAIMS: If a package is lost or tracking says "Delivered" but you don't have it, contact the carrier. We manufacture; they deliver. Additionally, due to the nature of the product, some minor leaking may occur during shipping. We do our absolute best to pack everything securely to prevent this; however, please note that minor leaking does not qualify for returns, exchanges, or refunds.
