• LOGISTICS: All orders ship from Barcelona. Once a package leaves the Lab, responsibility shifts to you and the carrier. We do not manage customs delays or address errors. Double-check your details.

• COST: Shipping fees are flat and non-refundable.

• CLAIMS: If a package is lost or tracking says "Delivered" but you don't have it, contact the carrier. We manufacture; they deliver.
