What to Expect from Our Handmade Products?
Happy Ink isn’t mass-produced.
Each piece is handcrafted with care, so every item is unique.
Orders take time to make—thanks for your patience and for supporting real craft.

Where are orders shipping from?
Barcelona.

What if I gave the wrong shipping address?
Hit us up at [email protected] ASAP.
Once it’s moving, we can’t promise changes. 

When will my order ship?
Orders are processed and shipped Monday to Friday, excluding holidays.

Do you ship internationally?
Yes. Add items to your cart and check if we ship to your country.

Will I be charged duties and taxes?
Customs and import duties are paid by the recipient. We can’t control or estimate these fees.

What is my order status?
You will receive an email confirmation with a tracking number once your order has been processed.

What if my package never arrives?
If tracking says delivered but you can’t find it, contact the shipping carrier directly.
They are responsible for delivery, and you can submit a claim or call their customer service for details.

What happens if my package is returned?
If a shipment is returned to our studio due to an incorrect address, refusal of delivery, or other reasons beyond our control, we can only refund the product price. Shipping costs are non-refundable as they are paid directly to the carrier. We recommend double-checking your shipping details before placing an order.

All orders are shipped worldwide. Once a package leaves our warehouse, we cannot be held responsible for delays, customs fees, lost or damaged shipments. By placing an order, you acknowledge that shipping conditions may vary and that we are not liable for any delays, customs fees, or losses once the package leaves our warehouse.
We handle each bottle with care, but due to the nature of liquids, slight smudges or marks may occasionally occur during shipping.
